Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets baseline rules for using UTubeLess ("UTubeLess"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
Embed only what you have rights to
You may connect and publish only videos you are authorized to embed and share. That includes content you own, content you have licensed, and content where the rights holder or platform terms permit your use. Do not use UTubeLess to display pirated, leaked, or otherwise unauthorized material.
Prohibited conduct
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement
- Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content
- Attempts to bypass technical limits, domain locks, or access controls you do not administer
- Malware, phishing, spam, or activity that disrupts the service
- Misrepresenting affiliation with UTubeLess, YouTube, Google, or any third party
Domain lock and compliance
Domain lock helps you control where your authorized embeds may play. Use it to support your security and compliance requirements — not to circumvent rights holders' distribution rules.
Takedowns and enforcement
We respond to credible reports of infringement and other violations. We may remove content, restrict playback, or suspend workspaces that violate this AUP or applicable law. If you believe content on UTubeLess infringes your rights, contact hello@utubeless.com with sufficient detail for us to evaluate the report.
