Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UTubeLess ("UTubeLess," "we," "us," or "our") at utubeless.com and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

UTubeLess provides hosted player pages, embed tools, and workspace features that let you present authorized YouTube embeds with your branding and domain controls. Videos remain hosted and streamed by YouTube; UTubeLess is a presentation and publishing layer only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Your content and rights

You may only publish or embed videos you have the legal right to share — for example, content you own, content you are licensed to distribute, or content permitted under applicable platform terms. You represent and warrant that your use of the service does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You retain responsibility for the videos you connect to your workspace. We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use UTubeLess lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include piracy, unauthorized redistribution, circumventing rights holders' controls, and any activity that harms the service or other users.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@utubeless.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices, features, and plan limits are described at checkout and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We do not store full payment card details. Stripe processes payments subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal or by contacting us at hello@utubeless.com. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in that period.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTubeLess and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
